Front Cover photo
I really like this photo because i think the rule of thirds work really well and makes the photo look really effective. When you look at the photo you really want to know what the model is looking at down the path. From the angle i took the photo from it looks as if the photo is about to end up connecting at a point. I also like how there are many different textures in this photo e.g. the soft grass against the crunchy leaves.
Also in this photo i have tried to incorporate the rule of thirds to try and capture a greater effect. This has worked slightly well. With this photo you wonder why the person looks so depressed, the emptiness of the background also gives the expression of depression or sadness.
I think this photo is really bad due to a finger in the way of the lens. Also all the people in the foreground are either laughing or pulling a face which distracts you from the photo. This is something i will look at for in the future when taking photos for the rest of the media products.

I really think by the model in the foreground twitching it has ruined the photo. In this photo i have used a close up of the three models all next to each other form shoulders up.
I really like this photo, form the flash reflecting if the model face, it shows as if he is the front man of the band. I really think by all three models looking straight forward, it looks as they are looking at you making the audience feel involved in the photo.
With the model looking as if he is about to hit the drum which really gives this photo a more effective photo, by giving the photo movement. With the clothing, background and drums i have tried to incorporate my colour scheme so the photo stands out from the magazine. With the background white, it makes the photo look clean and fresh.
Double Page Spread
In this photo my model depressed with hands on head. With an empty background almost blending into one it shows the feeling of emptiness. This is also shown from me taking the photo from an angle looking down on the model showing i am more superior than him.
I like this photo because it looks as if the model is really concentrating while strumming the guitar. Again i have tried to incorporate my colour scheme because i think it makes the more effective and shows you have thought about the area and objects in the photo.
I really don’t think this is a great photo because the model is looking away from you and also it would look better if the hat was in the frame too. Also i think there is too much light in the room or the aperture was opened up too long because the face of the model looks ghost like blending in to the white clean wall.
